CrossFit Kids is a fitness program developed for the specific needs of children and is scalable for any child, regardless of age or experience. In addition to the basic movements of CrossFit, children learn to work together, build self-confidence and socialise. Team games and fun workouts help children learn the benefits of exercise. The training sessions are given by a certified CrossFit Kids coach and we keep the groups small so each child receives personal attention.
Based on the principles of daily functional movement, CrossFit Kids puts the emphasis on executing the movement correctly. Through constant monitoring of moving safely and correctly, this will result in proper physical motion and better results and reduced injury in sports. And not only that; being active and learning new skills will have a positive effect both physically and mentally.
Our CrossFit Kids classes are currently available for children aged 7-12 years.
