FUNDAMENTALS CLASS
As our box is nearly at full capacity, we are currently hosting our fundamentals classes only once a month.
If you don’t have any previous CrossFit experience, this required fundamentals class, is your first step to joining CrossFit Coolhaven.
In a small group setting our coach (this is usually Danny) will introduce anyone new to CrossFit to the foundational movements of CrossFit so you can safely and confidently participate in all classes.
Next to this we teach you the basic principles and terminology so you are well prepared when joining your first WOD. Most of all, the fundamentals offer you a good peek at what CrossFit has to offer. The Fundamental class consist of a warm-up, an extensive techniques training and finishes with a WOD.

- If you are unable to make it to any of the upcoming classes you can follow the fundamentals class in a 1-on-1 session. Please contact us.
