If you don’t have any previous CrossFit experience, it is mandatory to join our Fundamental class before signing up. It is important to get to know these basic techniques and movements to reduce injuries to a minimum. The Fundamental training consist of a warm-up, an extensive techniques class and finishes with a WOD.
During the fundamentals class we introduce anyone new to CrossFit to the fundamental CrossFit movements that form the basis of our classes. Next to this we teach you the basic principles and terminology so you are well prepared when joining your first WOD. Most of all the Fundamentals offer you a good peek at what CrossFit has to offer.
