POWERMAMA TRAINING
WHY PARTICIPATE?
Group classes with a personal approach. We help you maintain and build strength, fitness and mobility.
- Staying fit and full of energy during and after your pregnancy

- Guidance on topics such as pelvic floor, lower back and incontinence
- Learning about the physical changes you have to take into account
- Working on body awareness and feeling confident
FOR WHO?
Would you like to exercise in a group with others, but do you also want your level and needs to be taken into account?
In our PowerMama classes you exercise responsibly during and after your pregnancy. The workouts take all physical changes in to account but are still fun and challenging.
You can join our PowerMama classes throughout your entire pregnancy. The workouts can be tailored to your trimester, level and individual concerns.
In the case of a vaginal delivery without complications, you can generally begin exercising after 6 weeks (8-10 weeks for C-section). Women who have not recently given birth but have been doing CrossFit or are physically active and experience pain in the abdomen, back, pelvis or pelvic floor are also welcome to join.
POWERMAMA INTRO CLASS
Before you start with the PowerMama classes it is mandatory to join a PowerMama intro class.
- During the intro class we focus on the physical and physiological changes and what to take into account during your training.
- You learn which signals you should pay attention to and how you can prevent or reduce (pregnancy) complaints for you to feel confident and strong.
- Next to this we will make you more mindful when it comes to connecting to your pelvic floor and your breathing.You can sign up for the intro class by sending us an email on info@crossfitcoolhaven.nl
The PowerMama intro class costs €25 and includes a free trial class!
