MEET THE COACH
PowerMama PT sessions are led by our certified PowerMama instructor, Sharmila. Since completing her PowerMama certification in 2022, she has been passionately coaching women on their fitness journeys. Sharmila is also a CrossFit Level 1 and Level 2 coach and continuously expands her expertise by taking specialty courses. She’s particularly interested in women’s health topics, like cycle-based training and sports performance.
As a mom herself, Sharmila understands the unique challenges women face at different stages of life. Her mission is to help women feel strong, capable and confident. For Sharmila, it’s not just about achieving goals, it’s about empowering you to feel your best.

We’ll kick off with a 30 minute FREE intake to understand your needs and goals. No workout, just a conversation about you and how we work. Based on this, we will create a plan to achieve the best result.
FAQ
The number of sessions depends on your goals and availability. Most people find that 1 to 3 sessions per week provide the right balance of guidance, accountability and progress. Your personal trainer will help you determine the best frequency based on your goals, budget and schedule.
All personal training sessions are approximately 60 minutes, while skill sessions are 30 minutes.
Personal training sessions can only be booked outside of our regular class hours.
We require a 24-hour cancellation notice for all personal training sessions. Refunds are not available for missed or late-canceled sessions.
